Na Poříčí 12

Na Poříčí 12 is a six-story building with functionalist design from the 1930s, extending three levels below ground. The structure features modernist proportions and materials typical of the era, with the basement historically used as a cinema.

The building was designed in 1936 by architects Bohumír Kozák and Antonín Černý and completed in 1938 for Italian insurance companies. Ownership and use of the structure changed significantly in the decades that followed.
