The Loreto Chapel in Bolina stands on Spálený vrch hill, 3.5 km southeast of Vlašim. Built in 1704, it is a rectangular structure 12.2 m long, 6.9 m wide and 8.5 m high, with a bell tower topped by a weather vane bearing an image of the Virgin Mary. Two arched staircases lead up to a terraced base.

Construction of this chapel began in 1704, establishing it as a place of worship in the region. It was built during a period when such religious structures were commonly erected across Central Europe.

The chapel's name refers to the Santa Casa, the house of the Virgin Mary venerated at Loreto in Italy, a model copied in Bohemia and Moravia. A weathervane with an image of the Virgin Mary tops the bell tower's dome. The foundation was linked to František Antonín Count of Weissenwolf, whose family crypt at the Loreto is discussed in later literature.
