Park Budoucnost

Park Budoucnost is a large green space in Havlíčkův Brod with walking paths, wooden gazebos, and connected ponds along a stream. The grounds offer different areas to explore and places to rest.

The grounds originated in 1889 when the Budoucnost beautification society took over and developed an existing garden. These gardens were originally established as a memorial site.

The park displays sculptures of notable Czech figures positioned throughout its grounds. Visitors encounter these monuments while strolling through the space and can pause to reflect on their significance.

The park is accessible through marked walking trails with colored markings that lead from different entrances around the city. The paths are well-signposted and simple to follow.

The park features multiple information stations along the trails that tell visitors about the natural environment and the grounds. The pond system follows a cascading arrangement that works with the stream flow.
