Filadelfie Tower, Office building in Michle, Czech Republic
Filadelfie Tower is an office building in Michle with a cross-shaped structure and H-shaped floor plans that rises 72 meters above Prague. The design allows each level to function as either individual units or a single open workspace while offering views in all directions.
The tower was built in 2010 as part of the BB Centrum development and marked the beginning of a new phase in Michle's commercial growth. This project introduced contemporary office architecture to a previously underdeveloped area of Prague.
The architectural firm DaM incorporated modern design elements that reflect Prague's transition toward contemporary urban development standards.
The building houses six basement levels for parking and building systems beneath the main structure. Retail spaces and main entrances occupy the first basement level, making access straightforward for both vehicles and pedestrians.
Each floor can be divided into four independent units or maintained as a single space, with panoramic views available from all directions.
