Lípa srdčitá u brány zámeckého parku, memorable tree in Hl.m. Praha District, Czech Republic

The Lípa srdčitá u brány zámeckého parku was a linden in K Betáni street by the rear gate of the Kunratice castle park, 24 m tall with a trunk circumference of 370 cm. Its straight trunk divided into two main limbs, a third having been removed, and these carried a rounded crown. Its protected status was revoked on 7 November 2024.

The linden was planted around 1830 by the gate of the Kunratice castle park. It was declared a protected tree on 26 January 2000, with a protection zone of a circle ten times the trunk diameter. Protection was revoked on 7 November 2024 for public safety.

The tree stood by the rear gate of the Kunratice castle park on K Betáni street, where two marked hiking trails pass: 3128 from the Kunratice church to the Dolnomlýnský pond and 6122 from metro C-Roztyly through Kunratice to Průhonice. Its protection as a memorable tree was revoked on 7 November 2024 for public safety.

The tree stood in K Betáni street by the rear gate of the castle park; its protection was cancelled on 7 November 2024, so the trunk may no longer be there. Two marked hiking routes pass nearby: 3128 from Kunratice church to Dolnomlýnský pond and 6122 from metro C-Roztyly through Kunratice to Průhonice.
