The church features a rectangular single-nave structure with a square tower on the western facade and a smaller sanctus tower above the presbytery.
Construction of the current church building began in 1879, replacing an earlier stone chapel from 1724 that served the local mining community.
The main altar displays Saint Procopius, the patron saint of miners, alongside a rococo side altar dedicated to Saint Barbara.

Adjacent to the church, visitors find the Koráb birch forest containing two historical crosses: a stone cross from 1831 and a cast iron cross from 1859.
