The Church of Saint Lawrence in Lhota Rapotina is a Roman Catholic house of worship located in the Blansko District of South Moravia. It displays the traditional architectural features typical of religious buildings in this region of the Czech Republic.

The Baroque church was built in 1717 by local citizens on the site of an older chapel. A gale damaged the roof in 1928 and it was repaired the same year. The interior was renewed in 1969, the roof replaced in 1991, and a general overhaul followed in 2003–2004. It is a protected cultural monument and a filial church of the Boskovice parish.

The church is a filial church of the Boskovice parish, so it does not have its own resident priest. Its patron saint, Lawrence, is depicted in the main altar painting above the tabernacle. In the tower hang bells cast in 1947, named St. Lawrence (100 kg) and St. Mary (60 kg), replacing bells melted down during the Second World War.

The church stands in Lhota Rapotina, a village in the Blansko District of South Moravia, and is a filial church of the Boskovice parish, so regular services are held in Boskovice rather than here. A stone cross stands in front of the building. The bells in the tower were installed in 1947.

The tower bells have twice been replaced: Saints Michael (120 kg) and Lawrence (100 kg) were hung in the early 20th century, melted down for war use during World War II, and replaced in 1947 by Saint Lawrence (100 kg) and Saint Mary (60 kg).
