Suchdol is a Renaissance château located in the Central Bohemian Region within the Upper Sázava Hills. The structure blends architectural elements from different periods and retains the form of a fortified residence.
The building originated as a Gothic fortress in the 14th century and underwent modifications during the Renaissance period. Baroque additions followed in the 18th century, altering its overall appearance.

The château is protected as a cultural monument by the Czech Ministry of Culture. The location lies approximately 7 kilometers west of Kutná Hora and is accessible by regional roads.
Next to the château stands the Church of Saint Margaret, built around 1280 and extensively reconstructed in the Baroque style between 1746 and 1747. Together they form the architectural core of the settlement.
