Tvrz Nebovidy

Tvrz Nebovidy is a fortified house with three wings arranged across two stories, standing along the village's main road. The building retains Gothic architectural features including original windows and decorative plasterwork from its medieval origins.

The structure was first documented in 1436 as a possession of Václav of Klenová. It later passed under the control of the Červené Pečky estate in the early 17th century, becoming part of a larger property.

The house hosts cultural events and celebrations throughout the year, drawing visitors and locals together for seasonal gatherings. These occasions shape how the community gathers and shares traditions in the village today.

The fortified house stands along the main road in the northern part of the village, making it easy to locate. Visitor access may vary depending on events or season, so it is helpful to check beforehand what activities or tours are available.

The house is one of two noble residences that once stood in the village, though its neighboring fortress Okrouhlá disappeared centuries ago. Being the sole surviving example of its kind in the area makes it a rare window into the medieval settlement pattern of the region.
