Church of Saint Wenceslaus, Religious monument in Rozdelov, Czech Republic

The Church of Saint Wenceslaus is a Roman Catholic parish church built in 1925–1927 in the Czech Art Deco style at the corner of Vítězná and Vašíčkova streets in Kladno-Rozdělov. Its design by František Havlena features a red-and-white colour scheme, a portal relief of Saint Wenceslaus by Ludvík Vocelka, and interior wall decoration with a stylized Cross of Saint Benedict on the ceiling.

The Association for the Construction of a Catholic Church in Rozdělov, chaired by Jan Nosek, was founded after the school chapel closed in 1924. Archbishop František Kordač funded the project, and the foundation stone was laid on 27 September 1925 on land donated by the Břevnov and Broumov Benedictines. Builder Josef Picek led construction; the church was consecrated on 25 September 1927.

The church is named after Saint Wenceslaus, whose murder is depicted in a deep wooden relief on the main altar, carved by Ferdinand Stuflesser's workshop in St. Ulrich in Gröden (now Ortisei, Italy). The entrance portal was designed by sculptor Stino Paukert with a scene from the saint's life, but the price was too high, so Ludvík Vocelka created a relief inspired by Josef Václav Myslbek's equestrian statue of Saint Wenceslaus. In the presbytery hangs a 1937 painting of the Virgin Mary of Sorrows in Beuron style by Antonín Vrbík, a Benedictine from Emauzy.

The church stands at the corner of Vítězná and Vašíčkova streets in Kladno-Rozdělov, on land given by the Břevnov and Broumov Benedictines. It is a working parish church, so visits fit around services; the bells were blessed on 14 August 1927, before the building was consecrated on 25 September 1927.

The organ on the choir loft came from the chapel of the Příbram convict house; when the Mining University took over the building in 1922, the instrument was stored in the attic of the archbishop's gymnasium in Bubeneč before being moved here. A second, smaller organ by Josef Gartner from 1859 was restored in 2013–2014 and brought from the abandoned church of St. George above Libušín.
