The Chapel in Pořešice is a Baroque square bell tower with rounded corners, a smooth rendered facade and a shingled tent roof topped by a lantern with an onion dome and a wrought-iron cross. Its west facade has a portal with a profiled frame and double doors, above which sits a blind niche with a conch and stucco surround; a matching niche is on the north side. A small bell hangs in the lantern.

The bell tower dates from 1704, the year recorded in stucco beneath the cornice on its north facade. It is a Baroque square structure with rounded corners, a smooth rendered facade and a lantern roof topped by an onion dome and a wrought-iron cross.
