The Chapel of the Virgin Mary Help of Christians is a Baroque chapel on a hill above the Úpa River in Trutnov-Poříčí. It is a masonry building with Baroque forms, rebuilt after a fire in 1821; the original structure of 1770 was entirely wooden. It is protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic.

The chapel was built in 1770 on a hill above the Úpa River and served as the main place of worship for Poříčí until a new church was built in 1903. The original all-wood structure burned down in 1821 and was soon rebuilt in masonry following Baroque forms. After 1903 it was used only sporadically, its bell was requisitioned in 1916 for war purposes, and by 1989 it was effectively a ruin. Securing work and facade and roof repairs followed in 1996, with a major reconstruction in 2002–2010.

The chapel is leased to the Orthodox Church Community in Trutnov, under the Prague Eparchy of the Orthodox Church in the Czech Lands and Slovakia, which holds regular services there. It lies in the parish of Trutnov III – Poříčí, and its name refers to the Virgin Mary as Helper (Panna Marie Pomocná).
