Schichtova vila

Schichtova vila is a neo-baroque residential building from 1931 located in Ústí nad Labem, designed with ornate stucco work, spacious rooms, and a grand staircase at its core. Architect Paul Brockardt designed this residence in 1931 during a period of economic growth in the Ústí nad Labem region. The building emerged from an era when industrial prosperity led to the construction of many new homes for successful families.
