Kaple svatého Kryštofa u Velkého Vrbna na Paprsku, Wooden chapel in Staré Město, Czech Republic

The Chapel of Saint Christopher at Paprsek is a wooden chapel built in 2008–2009 to Jan Pospíšil's design near the Paprsek mountain lodge, where the Králický Sněžník, Rychlebské hory and Hrubý Jeseník ranges meet. Its small tower holds a bell from 1925, and the interior has Stations of the Cross painted on glass by Dita Štěrbová.

Miloslav Mika commissioned the chapel for his sixtieth birthday in 2009, as a replacement for a demolished chapel in Velké Vrbno, not for one on this site. It was built to Jan Pospíšil's design in 2008–2009 and consecrated on 26 September 2009. Its bell dates from 1925 and comes from the vanished settlement of Grund Messinghammer.

Inside, paintings depicting the Stations of the Cross created by Dita Štěrbová using reverse glass painting techniques decorate the walls. The artwork brings a personal artistic touch to the simple wooden space.

The chapel sits in a mountain setting and welcomes visitors exploring the surrounding area. Since the wooden structure is exposed to the elements, it is best to visit during fair weather or dress warmly.

The wooden benches inside come from a church in Vidnava and were relocated to this chapel. The bell originates from a former settlement called Grund Messinghammer that no longer exists.
