This tower was built between 2019 and 2021 and recreates a former structure called the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Turm that stood on Králický Sněžník mountain from 1899 until 1973. The recreation honors the memory of this earlier landmark and restores a familiar silhouette to the mountain landscape.

The tower is reachable via marked hiking trails starting from Staré Město, with parking available at Velké Vrbno about 1.5 kilometers away. The climb involves ascending many steps, so visitors should be in reasonable physical condition to reach the upper viewing platforms.
The structure contains around 170 steps leading to observation decks where visitors can see the surrounding mountain ranges stretching across the horizon.
