Dědkův mlýn

Dédkův mlýn is a historical watermill along the Loděnice River that combines traditional mill architecture with modern restaurant and brewing operations. The complex includes various spaces, such as a library and areas dedicated to cultural events.

The mill was named after miller Martin Dédek in the 18th century and operated as a functional grain mill for many decades. It was converted into a brewery and restaurant in 2017 while keeping its original structure intact.
