Rozhledna Holedná is an observation tower made of steel in the Jundrov district with a height of around 35 meters (115 feet) and an observation platform at approximately 34 meters (112 feet). The structure is accessed by an internal staircase with about 208 steps that spirals upward to the top.

Construction began in February 2020 and the tower was ceremonially opened in December 2020. It originated from a participatory budgeting proposal; the original plan for a 20-metre wooden tower was replaced because surrounding trees would soon outgrow it. Architects from the studio TJ Architekti designed the steel structure, which was to cost the city over 6.5 million korunas. The city company Lesy města Brna was to maintain it.

The observation tower represents a continuation of the Czech tradition of building lookout points, becoming the highest such structure in Brno.

The tower stands on an unnamed summit on the slope of Holedná hill above the Jundrov and Komín districts. The climb runs up a spiral steel staircase of 208 grid steps to a platform 34.3 m above the ground. The structure is looked after by the city company Lesy města Brna.

The tower's shape paraphrases an oak trunk: a rigid steel core stands for the wood, while 2×16 crossed steel rods around the spiral staircase form a hyperboloid surface that architect Tomáš Jurák likened to the cracked bark called borka. The 208 grid steps lead to a platform at 34.3 m.
