Porscheho smrt is a memorial in the Jizera Mountains, in the territory of Bedřichov, marking the spot where Wenzel Porsche, a landowner from Doubí, was shot on 25 June 1874. The monument, one of the largest in the Jizera Mountains, was erected in October 1874 by his father-in-law Lorenz Stracke, a landowner and timber merchant from Starý Harcov. It bears a German inscription describing the murder and the victim's family.

The stone marks an event from 1874, when a landowner died during a business trip. The investigation stretched over years before the circumstances of his death were finally revealed.

The inscriptions on the monument tell in German of a landowner whose family was rooted in the region. The place serves as a reminder of how such tragedies shaped the community and remained in collective memory.

The monument is accessible via hiking trails that depart from Bedrichov and wind through the mountain landscape. It is advisable to wear sturdy footwear, as conditions can vary depending on the season.

The perpetrators stayed almost unknown for nearly fifteen years. Only at the end of 1888 did gendarmes from Tanvald learn that three poachers from Desná had been lying in wait by the Černá Nisa; Josef Prediger confessed and was sentenced in Liberec on 8 February 1889 to twenty years of hard labour, with an annual fast on the anniversary of the killing.
