James Boyd House

The James Boyd House is a residential structure built in the 1920s with brick construction and traditional Colonial Revival design features. Its central two-story block connects to adjoining wings through carefully designed transition spaces, creating a unified five-part composition.

Architect Aymar Embury II designed this residence during the 1920s as a contemporary family home of its era. The building gained recognition on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977, marking its historical significance.
