New Mexico Rattler

The New Mexico Rattler is a wooden roller coaster at Cliff's Amusement Park in Albuquerque that travels a track of about 2,750 feet (838 meters) and reaches speeds of 47 miles per hour (76 kilometers per hour). The ride combines out-and-back and twister layouts with multiple turns, and each train holds approximately 24 passengers.

Construction of this wooden coaster began in early 2002 but faced setbacks when the building company Custom Coasters International went bankrupt. Park management successfully completed the project by September of that same year.

The New Mexico Rattler draws families and thrill-seekers to Cliff's Amusement Park as a gathering place for fun and excitement. This wooden coaster plays an important role in the region's entertainment scene and is a memorable part of many visitors' leisure time.
