Lillard-Sprague House
Lillard-Sprague House, Historic residence in Rogers, Arkansas.
The Lillard-Sprague House featured a T-shaped layout with a projecting front section surrounded by a wraparound porch supported by Tuscan columns on stone piers.
Built in 1907 by R.E. Lillard, the house stood on Pleasant Grove Street until 2015 and received National Register of Historic Places designation in 1988.
The structure represented a regional architectural form known as a prow house, which influenced residential design patterns in early twentieth-century Arkansas.
The property occupied less than one acre of land at coordinates 36°17′22″N latitude and 94°11′21″W longitude in Benton County.
The center rear addition to the house maintained perfect axial symmetry, demonstrating careful consideration for the original architectural design.
