Fairfield Manor is a seven-story residential building in Fort Wayne with a rectangular footprint and red brick exterior in Colonial Revival style. The structure measures approximately 68 feet by 190 feet and displays American Craftsman features alongside Art Deco detailing in the interior spaces.

Fairfield Manor was built for the Fairfield Realty Group, a company formed by Norwegian-American industrialist Olaf N. Guildin, who had made his name in gas engineering; its treasurer was Wayne L. Thieme, son of hosiery manufacturer Theodore F. Thieme. Architect Charles R. Weatherhogg designed the seven-story brick block, and apartment 601 was laid out and occupied by Sylvanus Bechtel, brother-in-law of inventor Sylvanus Bowser. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

The building's name comes from the Fairfield Realty Group, which owned it; the company was formed by Olaf N. Guildin, a Norwegian-American immigrant from Oslo who became a local industrialist in gas engineering. Its treasurer was Wayne L. Thieme, son of hosiery manufacturer Theodore F. Thieme.
