Cozy Dell Canyon

Cozy Dell Canyon is a gorge in the Topatopa Mountains with several creeks and native wildflower patches throughout. The valley offers various hiking routes of different lengths and difficulty levels.

The valley was first documented in 1928 and gave its name to Cozy Dell Shale, a distinct rock formation in the mountains. This geological feature made the canyon important for earth scientists studying the region.
