Its facade is reddish-brown brick with rows of rectangular windows and inset balconies, and a dark glassy vertical strip of stacked open balconies with glass railings runs up the left side. Near the top the brick face steps back slightly to a flat roofline. Stantec Architecture, Inc. designed the tower, built in 2005 and opened in 2007.
