The Key Bank Tower rises 203 feet into the sky with its modern architectural design featuring glass and steel construction across 11 floors.
The building opened in 1994 as Everett Mutual Tower and later became Key Bank Tower when the financial institution acquired it in 1998.
The tower houses two radio stations, KRKO and KKXA, on its top floor, contributing to local media broadcasting and communication.
Located at 2707 Colby Avenue next to the Everett Performing Arts Center, the structure contains 145,000 square feet of office space with four elevators.
The site previously hosted a Sears store from 1929 to 1969, followed by a Pay 'n Save before the tower's construction began in 1993.
