Qasr Al Hosn, meaning 'Palace Fort', is the oldest stone building in Abu Dhabi.
The watchtower of Qasr Al Hosn was built around 1760 to protect the newly founded settlement of Abu Dhabi.
It vividly showcases Emirati heritage and the evolution of architecture in the UAE.
After major restorations, the fort was reopened to the public as a museum in 2018.
This historic emblem of Abu Dhabi houses the National Consultative Council chamber.
