Ghazni Province

Ghazni is a province in southeastern Afghanistan with mountainous landscapes and changing terrain throughout its territory. The region combines snow-capped peaks with cultivated valleys and diverse geographical zones across its expanse.

The province served as the capital of the Ghaznavid Dynasty in the 10th century and became a major center for trade and political authority in the region. The ancient city was long a strategic location for different kingdoms and cultures.

The province maintains a diverse population of Hazaras, Pashtuns, and Tajiks, each group contributing their languages, traditions, and customs to the region.
