The Autódromo Velo Città features a main circuit measuring 2.14 miles (3.44 km) with 13 turns and an elevation change of 148 feet (45 meters), along with multiple track configurations including west and east circuits for varied racing experiences.
The racing facility officially opened on June 16, 2012, and obtained FIA certification in October 2013, becoming the fourth circuit in Brazil to receive such international homologation at that time.

Located approximately 110 miles (177 km) north of São Paulo city, the circuit can be reached from Viracopos International Airport in Campinas, which is about one hour and twenty minutes away by car.
