Bintaro

Bintaro is an administrative village in Pesanggrahan in South Jakarta, located at roughly 33 meters elevation. It sits between Kebayoran Lama Utara, Kebayoran Lama Selatan, and Pondok Pinang districts and forms part of the urban fabric in this area.

The village emerged in the late twentieth century as part of organized urban development in South Jakarta. Its establishment as an administrative district helped structure and manage this expanding area.
