Reksa Artha Museum

The Reksa Artha Museum exhibits a collection of Indonesian currency, including historical Rupiah banknotes from different periods and monetary production tools.

The museum building was transformed from an ink warehouse of Perum Peruri, the state printing company, into a dedicated currency museum in May 1999.

The exhibition spaces contain photographs and documents depicting Indonesia's monetary evolution, reflecting the nation's journey toward economic independence.

Visitors need to schedule appointments before visiting the museum, located at Jalan Lebak Bulus I number 1 in South Jakarta.

The museum displays large machinery from the early 20th century that was used to print the first Indonesian Republic Currency notes.
