The building transformed from a Dutch company director's residence in the 1930s to General Ahmad Yani's home, where he was killed during the 1965 Communist movement.
The museum preserves the exact interior layout and furnishings from the period when General Ahmad Yani lived there, including bullet marks from the assassination.
Located at Jalan Lembang 58 in Central Jakarta, the museum welcomes visitors from Tuesday through Sunday between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM without entrance fees.
The museum maintains original bullet holes in doors and walls, marking the exact locations where General Ahmad Yani was attacked during the 1965 incident.
