Vodafone on The Park, Office tower in Lambton Quay, Wellington, New Zealand
The NTT Tower features blue glass exterior facades and rises 93 meters high with twenty-five floors above ground level in Wellington's business district.
Peddle Thorp & Montgomery Architects designed this structure, which underwent construction between 1990 and 1993 before its completion in 1999 at a cost of 45 million dollars.
The building represents Wellington's technological advancement, housing major companies like Microsoft New Zealand, Google NZ, and numerous technology start-ups in Midland Park.
The structure provides 28,000 square meters of office space and includes parking facilities on its lower levels, with direct access to Lambton Quay.
The tower combines modern architecture with heritage elements, incorporating the restored old Police Station buildings that flank its main concrete structure.
