Horningsea Park, Heritage homestead in City of Liverpool, Australia
The Georgian architectural property stands along Camden Valley Way, featuring thirteen rooms and a detached kitchen within its remaining colonial estate grounds.
Lieutenant Joshua John Moore, a Battle of Waterloo veteran, received a 500-acre land grant from Governor Lachlan Macquarie in 1819 to establish this pastoral estate.
The homestead served as residence for Polish explorer Pawel Strzelecki during the 1840s, marking a period of agricultural transition in Australian development.
The property underwent extensive restoration work in 1982, preserving much of its original character while adapting to modern conservation requirements.
The National Trust of Australia classification in 1976 prevented the demolition of this structure, which represents early colonial agricultural practices in New South Wales.
