Walter Reid Community Arts Centre

Walter Reid Community Arts Centre is a three-story masonry building on East Street with horizontal recesses, a deep cornice, and decorative flagpoles across its front. Inside, gallery spaces, studios, and performance venues host various artistic activities and exhibitions.
