Our Lady of the Assumption Cathedral, Buka, Roman Catholic cathedral in Buka, Papua New Guinea

Our Lady of the Assumption Cathedral is the Roman Catholic cathedral of the Diocese of Bougainville, in the town of Buka on the south coast of Buka Island, in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville, Papua New Guinea. It follows the Roman or Latin rite and is dedicated to the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. The diocese's former cathedral was the church of St. Michael the Archangel in Tubiana.

The cathedral was established as the seat of the Diocese of Bougainville after religious administration shifted from Tubiana to Buka. This relocation marked a change in how the regional Catholic community was organized and served.
