Guadalajara México Temple

The white marble temple stands 71 feet tall with a single spire and contains two ordinance rooms, two sealing rooms, and a baptistry.

The temple opened its doors on April 29, 2001, following a construction period that began with the groundbreaking ceremony on June 12, 1999.

The temple serves more than 60,000 members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints across seventeen stakes and nine districts.

Members can access the temple at Avenida Patria 879 in Jardines Tepeyac, where clothing for baptistry ceremonies is provided without cost.

The exterior walls incorporate Blanco Guardiano marble, extracted from quarries in Torreón, Mexico, covering a total area of 10,700 square feet.
