A.H. Beach House, Historical residence in Escondido, United States.

The A.H. Beach House features wooden details, multiple gables, and fish scale siding that exemplify the Queen Anne architectural style of the 1890s.

Built in 1896, the house changed ownership multiple times, including businessman Henry W. Putnam who owned a wire barbing machine patent in 1900.

The residence at 700 South Juniper Street represents the evolution of residential architecture in Southern California during the late nineteenth century.

The National Register of Historic Places listing since December 1993 ensures the preservation of this Victorian-era house for future generations.

The property underwent several restoration phases, with art dealer Harry Parashis and wife Letitia returning it to its Victorian grandeur after 1997.
