Wonder Woman Golden Lasso Coaster, Steel roller coaster at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, San Antonio, US
The Wonder Woman Golden Lasso Coaster is a steel roller coaster at Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, Texas. The single-rail track runs for 1,800 feet (550 meters) with three inversions and a vertical drop of 100 feet (30 meters).
Rocky Mountain Construction built this facility, which opened on May 12, 2018, as one of two prototype single-rail coasters in the United States. The technology marked a new approach in roller coaster design with narrower tracks.
The steel coaster uses the color theme of the comic hero and displays elements from her universe at the entrance. Visitors experience the character's story through visual cues along the queue.
Participants must be at least 48 inches (122 centimeters) tall to ride the attraction. The facility operates three trains with eight single-rider cars each, reaching speeds of 52 miles per hour (84 kilometers per hour).
The facility uses a continuously moving station system where trains progress through loading zones while passengers board and exit. This approach reduces wait times and keeps operational flow consistent.
