The Museum of Fine Arts spreads across three buildings with 300,000 square feet of exhibition space displaying 80,000 artworks from six continents.

The Caroline Wiess Law Building, designed by architect William Ward Watkin, opened its doors in 1924 as the first structure of the museum complex.

The museum collections include European paintings, American decorative arts, Asian artifacts, and contemporary works representing diverse global artistic traditions.

Visitors can access the museum Wednesday through Sunday, with extended hours on Thursdays until 9 PM and free admission to permanent collections on Thursdays.

The Lillie and Hugh Roy Cullen Sculpture Garden presents outdoor installations amid green spaces, connecting the museum's main campus buildings.
