Naples Botanical Garden is a large grounds in Florida featuring seven distinct natural habitats filled with tropical and subtropical plant species. The layout divides into themed sections, each displaying a different type of growing environment and plant collection.

Naples Botanical Garden was founded in 1993 on 170 acres of cultivated gardens and preservation land. The Spanish-language source gives 1995 and 160 acres, later enlarged by 148 acres. Its Brazilian Garden honours landscape architect Roberto Burle Marx and centres on his original ceramic mural; the Eleanor and Nicholas Chabraja Visitor Center was expected to open in late 2014. In 2017 it became the youngest garden to receive the Award for Garden Excellence.

The garden also runs Meet Me In The Garden, a therapeutic horticulture programme for people with memory impairments and their care partners, developed with the Naples-based Alzheimer's Support Network.

The entrance is at 4820 Bayshore Drive in Collier County, and an admission fee is charged. Daily 45-minute tours run, Dig Deeper drop-in sessions are held at 11:30 am and 1 pm, and volunteer-led birding walks set off on Tuesdays at 8 am. W.O.N.D.E.R. family activity packets, in several languages, are available at the activity center.

The garden is the youngest ever to receive the Award for Garden Excellence from the American Public Gardens Association, given in 2017. Its collections focus on the ecosystems found between the 26th parallel north and the 26th parallel south, and it holds around 50,000 plants as of 2025.
