Rotchev House, one of the oldest wooden buildings in California.
Built in the 1830s for Alexander Rotchev, the last manager of Fort Ross.
Represents early Russian colonial architecture in the USA.
Designated as a National Historic Landmark in 1970.
Part of Fort Ross State Historic Park with countryside surroundings.
