Naval Air Station Alameda was a United States Navy Naval Air Station in Alameda, California.
The station was established on November 1, 1940 and decommissioned in 1997.
The site of the former Naval Air Station is now known as Alameda Point and has been used for several large-scale movie productions.
The station had two runways and three seaplane ramps.
It was one of the largest and most complete naval air stations in the world.
