The John Palmer House is a historic house at 2406 NE Weidler Street in Portland, Oregon, built from 1890 for builder John Palmer. Its main floor keeps Bradbury & Bradbury wallpapers, and the exterior has a repaired porch, a new roof and fresh paint after work begun in spring 2010.

Construction on the John Palmer House began in 1890 for John Palmer, a builder who had settled in Portland in the 19th century. Palmer's wife died four years after the family moved in. For many years afterward the house served as the Multnomah Conservatory of Music. The Sauter family bought it in October 1968 and ran it as a bed and breakfast until 2000.
