Holy Rosary Church, Neo-Gothic Catholic church in Tacoma, United States.
The church features twin stone towers reaching toward the sky, complemented by pointed arches and large stained glass windows spanning the exterior walls.
German-speaking Benedictine monks from Minnesota established this parish in 1891, constructing the current building in 1920 to replace an unsafe wooden structure.
The parish merged with St. Ann, Visitation, and St. Rita of Cascia to form Pope St. John XXIII Parish, adapting to changing community needs.
The structure requires substantial repairs estimated at 18 million dollars to address water damage affecting the brick walls and stone elements.
The Vatican reversed a demolition order in May 2024, opening possibilities for restoration through community fundraising efforts reaching 1.6 million dollars.
