The Q Centre is a multi-purpose arena in Colwood, British Columbia, with 2,300 fixed seats, floor capacity for 860 people and standing room for up to 480. It opened in February 2004 and hosts hockey and lacrosse year-round, along with trade shows and entertainment events.

The arena opened in February 2004 under its original name Bear Mountain Arena. It adopted its current name in 2014 following a sponsorship agreement with local radio station CKKQ-FM.

The arena's name comes from local radio station CKKQ-FM, known as The Q, which took over naming rights in 2014. In summer the venue switches from ice to concrete for the Victoria Shamrocks of the Western Lacrosse Association and the Westshore Bears junior team, and it has hosted BCLA provincial box lacrosse championships.

The arena sits in Colwood, west of Victoria, and holds 2,300 seats plus floor space for 860 and standing room for 480. Events range from hockey and lacrosse to trade shows and curling. Summer lacrosse runs through the WLA season, while the curling classic comes annually.

The Q Centre was awarded an NHL pre-season game between the Vancouver Canucks and San Jose Sharks, a prize that followed the Panorama Recreation Centre in North Saanich winning the 2015 Kraft Hockeyville Grand Prize. Earlier, the Canucks held their September 2007 training camp here and the Tampa Bay Lightning camped here in 2008.
