Château de Brabois, Heritage castle in Villers-lès-Nancy, France
The Brabois Castle extends over 2,000 square meters on the heights of Villers-lès-Nancy, featuring two main buildings and extensive grounds.
Built in the 17th century, the castle belonged to Charles François de Barbarat de Morizot, a minister of King Louis XVI, before its partial demolition after the French Revolution.
The castle now houses an 80-seat gourmet restaurant, a 30-seat brewery, and various spaces for cultural events and guided tours.
The property includes a three-star hotel with 18 rooms and two suites, plus dedicated accommodations for patients of the Nancy Regional University Hospital.
The castle grounds contain an experimental truffle plantation covering two hectares, established in 2006 within its 60-hectare park.
