Massacre Rocks State Park, State park in Power County, Idaho, US

Located along the Snake River, this state park features volcanic rock formations, hiking trails, and a disc golf course covering 990 acres of land.

The site marks a conflict point between Oregon Trail settlers and Shoshone Native Americans in 1862, resulting in multiple casualties on both sides.

Register Rock within the park contains inscriptions from 19th-century emigrants who marked their passage through this section of the Oregon Trail.

The park maintains multiple camping areas, boat ramps, fishing spots, and visitor facilities accessible from Interstate 86, operating daily from 7 AM to 10 PM.

The rock formations in the park were transported to their current location during the Bonneville Flood, which carried four times more water than the Amazon River.
