Mount Hunt

Mount Hunt is a summit in the Teton Range within Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. The peak sits among steep slopes and offers views across the surrounding mountain landscape with valleys and neighboring peaks visible from higher elevations.

The mountain was named after William Price Hunt, who led the Astor Expedition through this region in 1811 and 1812. The first documented ascent occurred in 1929 when mountaineer Fritiof Fryxell reached the summit using basic climbing techniques.
