The Tulsa Zoo extends across 84 acres with exhibits of tigers, rhinoceros, grizzly bears, and numerous other species in naturalistic environments.
Since its establishment in 1927, the Tulsa Zoo has grown from a small municipal facility into a major wildlife conservation institution in Oklahoma.
Educational programs at Tulsa Zoo connect children with wildlife through interactive exhibits, camps, and specialized learning experiences throughout the calendar year.
The zoo maintains daily operations from 9 AM to 5 PM, with final entry at 4 PM, and offers both individual tickets and annual memberships.
In 2023, the zoo recorded a significant birth of five Malayan tiger cubs, contributing to international efforts for species preservation.
