Arnulf Rainer Museum

The Arnulf Rainer Museum is housed in a former women's bathhouse in Baden that features French Neoclassical architecture with expansive exhibition spaces. The building was constructed in 1821 following Charles de Moreau's design and operated as a women's bathhouse for more than 150 years until its closure in 1973. Its transformation into an art museum came afterward, giving the historic structure a new cultural purpose.

The museum bears the name of Austrian artist Arnulf Rainer and showcases his diverse artistic approaches across different mediums. Visitors encounter works that span abstract painting to experimental techniques, revealing how his creative vision evolved over time.
